Risk Mitigation Protection

While our screening process is designed to minimize risk, no screening system can eliminate it entirely. In the rare event that a tenant must be evicted for non-payment, our Risk Mitigation Guarantee helps provide additional protection by covering up to $1,000 in legal eviction costs associated with the process.

Fair & Transparent Policies

At Open Door PM, we believe in creating opportunities while maintaining high screening standards. Applicants who are denied may qualify to reapply in the future under our “One Application Fee for Life” policy once they have improved their qualifications.

No Vacancy Management Fees

We believe our success should align with yours. Unlike some property management companies, we do not charge management fees while your property is vacant. Our management fees are based solely on collected rental income — meaning we only get paid when you do.
