How do you screen prospective tenants? +
Our rigorous background screening process filters for credit scores, income verification (minimum 3x rent), criminal backgrounds, and comprehensive nationwide eviction histories to find reliable long-term residents.
How are property maintenance requests handled? +
Tenants submit maintenance requests online via their secure portal. We coordinate exclusively with highly vetted, licensed, and insured vendors, backed entirely by our 12-Month Maintenance Guarantee.
When do I receive my monthly rental disbursements? +
Rental income is processed and sent directly to your bank account via automated ACH direct deposit each month, accompanied by a clear, detailed financial statement in your Owner Portal.
What happens if a tenant doesn't pay rent on time? +
We enforce a strict but fair rent collection policy. If rent is late, legal notices are served immediately. In the rare event an eviction becomes necessary, our Eviction Guarantee helps cover up to $500 in filing fees.
How long does it typically take to lease a property? +
Thanks to our aggressive syndication across top rental platforms and fast viewing options, our properties are typically leased quickly to qualified applicants, minimizing your vacancy losses.

How do I apply for an available rental property? +
You can view our currently available inventory online and submit an application directly through the specific property listing link. Each adult applicant over 18 must submit a separate application.
What are your base qualifications to lease a home? +
We evaluate credit history, check for clean rental verifications with no previous evictions, and require documented gross household income to be at least three times the monthly rental rate.
How do I submit an emergency or routine maintenance request? +
All maintenance tracking must be submitted through your online Resident Portal for tracking. For urgent, after-hours maintenance emergencies, you can call our dedicated 24/7 maintenance hotline.
When is rent due and what payment methods do you accept? +
Rent is strictly due on the 1st of every month. Payments can be securely made online through your Resident Portal using an ACH bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.
Are pets allowed in your rental communities? +
Pet policies vary depending on the specific property and homeowner constraints. All assistance animals are fully accepted in compliance with FHA regulations. Approved pets are covered under our Pet Guarantee.
How do I request a lease renewal or submit a notice to vacate? +
You can log your intent to renew or submit your required 60-day written notice to move out directly through the portal dashboard, and our team will guide you through the next operational steps.
